Everyone who owns their own company will be very familiar with the high price of copier and printer toner. However you may not be familiar with the cost saving aspects of compatible toner cartridges, and you may not realize that these products are safe to use in your printers and copiers. Recently, we received a letter from one of our clients who wanted to share his experience after deciding to buy a large amount of compatible Oki c5300 toner.

Frank Walters manages projects for a medium-sized restaurant equipment company conducting business throughout one region of the US. He discovered that internet suppliers were offering Oki toner for 50-67% less than he had been spending for name-brand ink. Also, Andy’s boss asked him to oversee and manage toner orders throughout the whole company, allowing him to help them save tens of thousands of dollars every year.

Frank’s letter is an inspiration to many of us looking to improve our company revenues by cutting expenses. If you are still skeptical, see if your office supplier sells compatible Okidata printer toners and do the price comparison yourself. You will be surprised how such a tiny change can make a big difference to your companies bottom line.
